南水北调东线万年闸泵站混凝土温控防裂措施 被引量:14

摘要 万年闸泵站是南水北调东线山东干线首批开工建设的泵站枢纽工程,泵站主厂房(底板、流道层、水泵层、联轴层、电机层)是整个枢纽工程的关键部位,泵站底板及流道层混凝土温控防裂是突出的施工技术难题。在施工技术措施尚不十分完善和缺乏类似工程可借鉴经验的条件下,根据水电工程主厂房混凝土施工的经验和万年闸泵站工程的施工实际,对混凝土浇筑常规温控防裂措施加以改进和创新并成功应用在万年闸泵站底板、流道层混凝土浇筑中,取得了初步成果,为大型泵站混凝土浇筑温控防裂措施的完善做了有益的探索。 The Wan-nian-zha pump-station is the first constructed pivot pump station in the Eastern Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project in ShanDong province. The main pump-station plant (include foundation slate, water-flow slate, pump unit slate,main shaft slate,motor slate) is the key structure of the project, the concrete temperature control and cracking prevention is a key point in the concrete of foundation slate and the water-flow slate. In case of lack construction manual and experience at same project, the concrete temperature control and cracking prevention technology is improved and innovated to utilize successfully at the the foundation slate and the water-flow slate in Wan-nian-zha pump-station according to the usual measurements of concrete temperature cracking control.
