摘要
丹江口大坝加高工程是国内最大的大坝加高续建工程,初期工程建成运行至今已有30多年,表层混凝土已出现了不同程度的老化,新老混凝土结合面处理时必须将老混凝土碳化层全部进行凿除。通过对老混凝土碳化层深度进行检查和处理研究,确定了碳化层凿除深度,保证了新老混凝土的结合面质量,减少了混凝土的凿除工程量,降低了工程造价,在本工程中得到了广泛推广运用。
Heightening the Danjiangkou Dam is the largest dam heightening project. The old project has been constructed and operated in the initial phase over 30 years, and the surface layer concrete have experienced varying degrees of aging. In order to combine old and new concrete surface, all the old concrete layer must be taken away. Carbonation of old concrete layer inspection and processing are studied in order to determine the depth of carbonation layer, ensure the combination of the old and new concrete surface quality, reduce the amount of concrete work , and lower construction costs.
