南水北调中线工程安全监测专业化管理研究

Study on Specialized Management to Engineering Safety Monitoring in the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project

针对南水北调中线工程特点,以及河北省水利工程安全监测现状,阐明了安全监测工作的重要性和安全监测资料分析的必要性。结合以往工作经验,对南水北调工程安全监测工作提出了建立专业化监测组织的构想,并分析其具备的条件、职能以及开展的工作,对南水北调中线工程的建设和管理有重要的意义。

According to the engineering＇s characteristics of the middle route in the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, and the present status of safety monitoring to hydraulic engineering in Hebei, the significance of safety monitoring and the necessity of data analysis are studied. Based on the experiences, some suggestions have been put forward to construct specialized monitoring organization for the safety monitoring. The conditions, functions and main works of this organization are introduced. This institute is very important to the construction and management to the engineering in the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.
