Skill of Cooperation with Laparoscopic Fenestration and Drainage for Hepatic Cysts

目的探讨腹腔镜下肝囊肿开窗引流术的手术配合特点与技巧。方法回顾性分析了接受腹腔镜开窗引流治疗的36例单纯性肝囊肿患者的临床资料,总结了在常规腔镜手术配合的基础上,针对肝囊肿病理特点和开窗引流术的特殊需要而调整或加强的配合措施。结果本组均在镜下顺利完成手术,术后无1例严重并发症发生,近期引流效果良好。结论腹腔镜下肝囊肿开窗引流术良好的手术配合,可为手术顺利完成和术后并发症的预防提供保障。

Objective To summarize the feature and skill of cooperation with laparoseopie fenestration and drainage for hepatic cysts. Methods Thirty-six patients with simple hepatic cyst who undergone laparoscopic fenestration and drainage from Feb 2002 to Jun 2007 were studied retrospectively. Some measures were adopted according to the characteristics of hepatic cysts or demands of surgeon. Results Laparoscopic fenestration and drainage was accomplished in all of the 36 patients without conversions to open surgery. In the future, it was noted that the outcome was well without severe complication. Conclusion The favourable cooperation from operation room can ensure laparoscopic treatment successfully and precaution against complication.
