摘要
介绍了现场总线变频器群控系统的构成和特点。在衡钢Φ89连轧管机组钢管精整生产线上,组建基于PROFIBUS-DP的三菱变频器群控系统。分析了计算机与三菱变频器之间的通信协议,并详细说明了三菱变频器PROFIBUS-DP控制系统的参数设置和编程方法。
Brief introduction to PROFIBUS-DP and advantage of inverter group control system based on PROFIBUS-DP were presented the network structure of inverter group control system in steel tube finishing line of φ89 mill of HengSteel and communication protocol between Mitsubishi inverter and computer were described, parameter setting steps and program process for inverter PROFIBUS-DP control system were given in details.
