摘要
在异步电机矢量控制等高性能电机控制的研制过程中,为了得到电机的运行情况,更好地研究异步电机的控制方案,需要对异步电机的转矩、转速等参数进行采集、存储、显示。分析了转矩转速测量原理,设计了一种基于虚拟仪器的转矩转速测试系统。通过它可方便精确地测量转矩、转速,并将其应用到变频调速试验中。试验表明,该转矩转速测试系统精度高、抗干扰能力强、操作简单,对电机运行中的动静态特性能够快速测定并以直观的图表形式描述出来。
During the development of motor control, such as the vector control of asynchronous motor, in order to obtain operating state of motor, thoroughly research control seheme of asynchronous motor, it needs to aequire , save, display parameters such as torque and rotor speed of asynchronous motor. The measurement principles of torque and rotor speed were analysed. A measuring system of torque and rotor speed based on virtual instrument was designed, which can be used to measure toque and rotor speed conveniently and accurately. Variable frequency speed regulating experiments were carried out using this system. It shows experimentally that the system has high accuracy and good anti-jamming ability, and the operation is simple. The system can quickly show the dynamic and statie characteristics of motor' s operating state and describes directly with the graph form.
