环氧化酶-2对缺血缺氧性脑病的作用机制研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 缺血缺氧性脑病(HIE)不仅可引起围生期新生儿死亡,也是造成儿童伤残的主要原因之一。环氧化酶(cox)是催化花生四烯酸生成前列腺素和血栓烷的限速酶,有COX-1和COX-2两种异构体,同HIE的关系密切。在HIE中COX-2表达增强,同时COX-2蛋白及反应产物均增多。COX-2通过增强兴奋性氨基酸神经毒性作用、氧自由基的氧化作用及同其他生物分子相互作用等机制,在HIE的病理过程中发挥重要作用。
