Influence and clinic application of ghrelin on gastrointestinal function

摘要 脑肠肽Ghrehn，除在生长、能量调节及心血管功能具有调节作用外，在消化系统功能调节中也占有重要地位，其能促进胃肠动力和腺体分泌，并有一定的黏膜保护作用，尤其是其强大的促胃肠动力作用，对治疗胃肠动力障碍性疾病有着重要的临床意义，具有良好的临床应用前景。
