摘要
目的探讨该地区近4年男性泌尿系统感染真菌的耐药性,为临床合理使用抗真菌药物提供依据。方法中段尿真菌培养分离的菌株鉴定,用API AUX20C真菌ID条板或RyidNicroscan真菌ID条板进行鉴定分型,纸片扩散法进行药敏试验。结果128株真菌中,白色念珠菌感染率高,占43.5%,热带念珠菌占32.8%,光滑念珠菌占14.3%,对5-氟胞嘧啶、氟康唑和咪康唑的耐药率很高,分别是20.3%、9.4%和25.0%。结论该地区男性泌尿系统感染真菌分离率高,及时进行真菌的培养和药敏试验,对临床控制感染和合理使用抗真菌药物具有重要意义。
Objective In the last 4 years of the male urinary tract infections, fungal resistance for clinical use of antifungal agents provide a reasonable basis. Methods Urine from the strains of fungi identification, using API AUX20C fungi RyidNicroscan ID of the board or board of fungi identification ID type, disk diffusion method sensitivity test. Results 128 fungi,Candida albicans infection,accounting for 43.5% ,32.8% of Candida tropicalis, Candida albicans accounted for 14.3% smooth ,5-fluorocytosine, miconazole and fluconazole resistance rate is high,namely 20. 3% ,9. 4% and 25.0%. Conclusion Male urinary system in the region from a high rate of fungal infection,timely fungal culture and sensitivity test, the clinical infection control and rational use of antifungal agents is of great significance.
