摘要
目的正交优选复方通络口服液提取工艺。方法以正交设计的试验方法对组方中有效成分2,3,5,4’-四羟基对苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷和天麻素用HPLC法进行定量分析,采用L9(34)正交试验表确定最佳醇提工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为:以60%乙醇为提取溶媒,加液总量为15倍量,回流提取3次,2h/次。结论该工艺稳定可行,适于生产。
Objective To optimize the extraction procedure for Fufang Tongluo Granules. Methods Determining content of Stilbene glucoside,Gastrodin which are effective elements of the drug by orthogonal experiment. Chosen Orthogonal table L9 （3^4 ） in the experiment of extracting to research the best procedure. Results The optimum process is that,60% alcohol is used as extracting solution adding 15 times amount of solution,extracting 3 times,2 hours each time. Conclusion The extraction process is stable and suitable for industrial production.
