自制混合血浆作几项凝血室内质控物的分析

Homemade hybrid plasma coagulation several of the internal quality control analysis

目的动态观察自制混合血浆在临床凝血三项室内质控的结果。方法选取新鲜血浆100份,以109mmol/L枸橼酸钠抗凝,抗凝剂与血的比例为1∶9,1h内分离血浆,3000r/min离心10min,取上层血浆混匀配制成混合血浆,0.5ml独立分装,置-20℃保存备用。使用参考血浆在同等条件下平行检测,比较其差异性。结果自制混合血浆与参考血浆检测结果比较,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论自制混合血浆在-20℃冰箱保存情况下,20d保存期内,几项血凝参数均在稳定的水平内,且制备成本低廉,便于推广应用。建议使用自制混合血浆作为凝血室内质控,定有效期为20d。

Objective Dynamic observation made in the hybrid plasma coagulation of three internal quality control results. Resuits Made reference plasma and plasma mixed results,the difference was not significant,P 〉 0.05. Conclusion Self-made hybrid plasma kept at-20℃ refrigerator circumstances, preservation of the period of 20 days, several coagulation parameters were in a stable level, and of low cost, ease of application. The proposed as a selfmade hybrid plasma coagulation internal quality control, will be valid for 20 days.
