带锁髓内钉治疗下肢长骨骨折

The long bone fracture of lower limb to use intramedullary nail with lock

目的比较下肢长骨骨折不同固定方法后的骨愈合情况,为临床手术方式的选择提供参考。方法我院自2001年3月至2005年12月使用带锁髓内钉治疗下肢长骨骨折48例,与同期钢板固定64例的骨折愈合时间进行比较。结果带锁髓内钉治疗组骨折愈合时间缩短。结论只要适应证选择得当,使用带锁髓内钉治疗下肢长骨骨折,值得推荐。

Objective Compare the different fixation method of bone union of the long bone fracture of lower limb,provide the reference for the choice of clinical surgical operation method. Methods Comparare 48 patients from March 2001 to December 2005 to use intramedullary nail with lock with the same periods of 64 patients to use plate of stainless steel and screw. Results The operations to use intramedullary nail with lock is shorter than the operations to use plate of stainless steel and screw. Conclusion As long as the adaption choose properly,the long bone fracture of lower limb to use intramedullary nall with lock is worthy of recommendation.
