早期康复治疗对老年人脑出血功能恢复的影响

The impact of early rehabilitation training on the function recovery of the elderly with a cerebral hemorrhage

目的观察早期康复治疗对老年人脑出血运动功能和日常生活活动能力(ADL)的影响。方法91例老年脑出血患者分为康复治疗组及常规治疗组,除常规治疗外,康复治疗组从入院第1天起即同时给予早期康复治疗。结果经1个月的治疗,对患者肢体运动功能、日常生活活动能力进行评估,康复治疗组优于常规治疗组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论早期康复治疗对老年脑出血整体功能恢复及减少并发症有重要意义。

Objective To observe the impact of early rehabilitation training on both motor function and daily activities of the elderly who suffer from cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 91 cerebral hemorrhage patients were divided into two groups. One was a routine treatment group and the other was early rehabilitation training group. The later one was provided with not only routine treatment ,but the early rehabilitation training treatment from the first day they were in hospital. Results After monthly treatment, through the evaluation of patients＇ body motor function, as well as their daily action ability, the early rehabilitation training treatment was superior to the routine one （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The early rehabilitation training treatment has great significance in recovery for an elderly cerebral hemorrhage patient and also in reducing complications.
