正交试验法优选复方黄芪当归片提取工艺研究

Study on the extraction process of compound huangqi danggui tablet by orthogonal test

目的优选复方黄芪当归片的最佳提取工艺。方法以提取液中黄芪甲苷的含量以及总固体得率为指标,采用正交试验法,优选提取工艺。结果处方药材的最佳提取工艺为加水5倍,提取3次,0.5h/次。结论此提取工艺合理可行,适用于生产。

Objective To optimize the extraction process of compound huangqi danggui tablet. Methods Orthogonal test was employed for selecting the optimum of extraction process by the indexes of the contents of astragaloside IV and total solid yield. Results Five volume of water, extracting 3 times with half an hour for each time was considered the optimum extraction process of compound huangqi danggui tablet. Conclusion The selected technology was considered to be reasonable and feasible,and the simple method is fit for production.
