爱必肤(EPIGLU)在粉碎性骨折内固定术中的应用观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨组织粘合剂2-乙基氰丙烯酸酯(爱必肤)在骨折内固定术中的使用方法、临床效果和不良反应。方法用爱必肤将细小的骨碎片按解剖关系粘着在骨干创面上,使非常复杂的粉碎性骨折变为简单的骨折,以利于复位,再常规使用钢板内固定。观察患者术中的生命体征变化、手术前后的肝肾功能情况、切口愈合质量及骨折愈合的时间。结果全部病例术中生命体征平稳,对心、肝、肾功能均无不良影响,切口甲级愈合。本组39例,其中38例于3~6个月骨折愈合。在骨折平均愈合时间和愈合率两方面的数据与对照组进行统计学分析,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论爱必肤用于骨科手术中辅助内固定,使用极为方便,未发现不良反应,不影响骨折及切口愈合。 Objective To explore the application,clinical effect and adverse effect of the tissue glue Ethyl-2 cyanoacrylate in the internal fixation of fracture. Methods By luting small fragments to the stem anatomically,we made very complicated comminuted fracture into a relative simple one, and fixed it using a plate routinely. The interoperative fluctuation of physical signs, pre-and post-operative functions of liver and kidney, healing quality of incision and healing time of fracture were observed. Results All patients had stable physical signs during operation, the functions of liver and kidney were not influenced, the healing of incision was rated as class A. In this series,bone union was seen in 38 among 39 cases 3 months to 6 months after operation. There were no statistic difference in the average time and rate of bone union(P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion As an assistant for internal fixation in the orthopaedics surgery, EPIGLU can be used with great conviennence, and adverse effect or influence on bone union and incision healing were not observed.
