腹腔镜手术联合中药治疗盆腔脓肿临床观察

The clinical observation on Laparoscopic surgery combine with Chinese drugs for treatment of pelvic abscess

目的探讨腹腔镜手术联合中药治疗盆腔脓肿的疗效、安全和可行性。方法总结27例盆腔脓肿患者的临床资料,通过观察患者病情,采取腹腔镜手术联合中药治疗的结果,评价其治疗盆腔脓肿的疗效、安全和可行性。结果27例患者经腹腔镜手术联合中药保留灌肠治疗,盆腔炎症状、体征缓解治愈,无一例发生并发症。结论腹腔镜手术联合中药保留灌肠治疗盆腔脓肿,患者创伤小,恢复快,疗效好,是安全可行的。

Objective To Analyse the effect, safety and feasibility of laparoseopie surgery combined with Chinese drugs on pelvic abscess. Methods 27 cases of pelvic ab-seess who received different laparoseopie operations combined with Chinese drugs according to their respective conditions and the outcomes of the operations were analyzed to study the feasibility and therapeutic effectiveness of laparoseopy. Results All patients showed re-mission of pelvic inflammation and physical sign. No complication occurred. Conclusion Laparoscopie surgery combined with Chinese drugs enema on pelvic abscess is feasible for its safety,minimal invision.
