江苏省脊髓灰质炎液体疫苗免疫成功率及其效价监测分析

Surveillance and analysis on the polio immune success rate and the effect of the polio liquid vaccine in jiangsu province

为了了解江苏省实施口服脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)液体疫苗的效果,随机选择南通市和淮安市两处采样进行免疫成功率监测,南通采集免前免后合格血清样品各53份;淮安采集免前免后合格血清样品各60份,液体疫苗4批。检测其脊灰抗体和疫苗效价。结果表明液体疫苗阳转率相当高,与往年的脊灰糖丸疫苗结果相符,初免儿童对脊灰能形成有效的免疫屏障,可以控制和阻断脊灰炎野病毒的传播。

To evaluate the effect of the polio liquid vaccine to control poliomyelitis in Jiangsu. We selected randomly Nantong city and Huaian city to surveillance immune success rate. We collected 53 case before immune and after immune qualified serum samples in Nantong city. We collected 60 case before immune and after immune ualified serum samples and 4 batch in Huaian city. We detected the polio neutralizing ntibody and the effect of the polio liquid vaccine. The result indicated the highly immune success rate of the polio liquid vaccine. This result accords with the result of the polio oral vaccine of former years and a firm protection against poliomyelitis in the first immune population in Jiangsu province. It can control and prevent the spread of the polio wild viruses strain.
