Nursing for newborns with jaudice who have accepted phototherapy

目的总结新生儿黄疸光照疗法的护理经验,探讨新生儿黄疸的护理要点,提高护理质量。方法对154例黄疸新生儿根据其病情采取光照疗法及相应的治疗护理措施。结果150例患儿痊愈出院,4例患儿因家庭因素光疗不足6h,黄疸未完全消退即自动出院。结论新生儿黄疸的发生原因很多,但及时采取正确的治疗方法和相应的护理措施,能快而有效的降低血清未结合胆红素,减少胆红素脑病的发生,促进患儿康复。

Objective To study the nuring points for newborns with jaudice when cured by phototherapy,and then improve the nuring quality. Methods Different pbototherapy and nursing cares were use for 154 newborns with jaudice according to their different condition. Results There were 150 newborns reeoverde. 4 newborns discharged because of family factors. Conclusion The pathogeny of juadice for newborns are complicated, but intime and effectively nusing cares and proper treatment can decrease the serum bilirubin level, and avoid bilirubin encephalepathy and then improve the recover of newborns.
