作战部队基层官兵焦虑、抑郁情绪测查分析与干预研究

目的了解作战基层官兵整体及不同群体焦虑、抑郁的发生情况及影响因素,制订相应的心理干预措施,提高军人的心理健康水平。方法采用焦虑自评量表(SAS);抑郁自评量表(SDS)对某作战部队5个团旅1500名基层官兵做心理测定,获得完整有效资料1309份,与中国军人常模及国内普通常模比较,并根据不同文化程度,不同地域等之间进行比较。采取心理专家讲座,放松训练等干预措施后,复查以上测验。结果焦虑自评量表(SAS)阳性率19.79%,抑郁自评量表(SDS)阳性率60.66%,且不同地域团旅官兵之间有显著差异,兵种以装甲兵最明显,其次是炮兵,再次是步兵;与年龄、文化程度差异无统计学意义。经心理干预治疗后,心理问题减轻,焦虑、抑郁阳性率减少(P<0.05)。结论作战部队总体健康水平尚好,焦虑、抑郁情绪及躯体症状明显,偏僻、艰苦地域及压力大的兵种尤为明显,应引起高度重视,及时予以心理干预及治疗,避免发生严重后果。

Objective Understanding combat basic unit officers and soldiers whole and different community anxious,despondent occurrence situation and influence factor,draws up the corresponding psychological intervention measure,raises serviceman＇ s psychologically healthy level. Methods Uses from comments anxious meter（SAS） ;from comments meter（SDS） to make the psychological determination despondently to some combat unit 5 group travel 1 500 basic unit officers and soldiers, obtains integrity effective material 1309,compares with Chinese serviceman Chang Mu and the domestic Pu usual mold, and according to the different years of schooling, the different region between and so on carries on the comparison. Adopts the psychological expert course, after relaxes intervention measures and so on the training,reexamlnes the above to examine. Results From comments anxious the meter（SAS） masculine gender rate 19. 79% , from comments despondently the meter（SDS） masculine gender rate 60.66% ,also between the different region group travel officers and soldiers has the remarkable difference, the branch of the services is most obvious by the armored force, next is the artillery, is the infantry once more;With the age, the years of schooling difference does not have the significance. After the psychological intervention treatment, the psychological question reduces, anxious, despondent masculine gender rate reduction（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The combat unit overall health standard still was good, anxious, the despondent mood and the body symptom were obvious, remote, the difficult region and pressure high had the branch of the services especially to be obvious, should cause takes highly, gave the psychological intervention and the treatment promptly, avoided having the serious results.
