高血压病患者血清细胞间黏附分子-1和C-反应蛋白的变化及临床意义

Clinical significance of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 and C-reactive protein in serum of essential hypertension

目的探讨高血压病(EH)患者血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平的变化及临床意义。方法采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测76例冠心病患者血清sI-CAM-1和CRP水平,42例健康体检者作为对照。结果高血压病患者血清sICAM-1和CRP水平较对照组明显升高(P<0.01),且随着病情的加重而增高(P均<0.01);高血压病患者血清sICAM-1和CRP水平呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论高血压病患者血清sICAM-1和CRP水平升高,sICAM-1和CRP可能参与了高血压病的发生、发展过程,且与病情程度相关。

Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 （ sICAM-1 ） and C-reactive protein（CRP） in serum of essential hypertension（EH）. Methods Serum levels of sICAM-1 and CRP were measured by ELISA in 76 patients with EH,42 health persons as the control. Results Serum levels of sICAM-1 and CRP in the patients with EH were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P 〈 0. 01 ）, and positively correlated with the hypertension（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. In hypertension patients, the sICAM-1 concentration was positively correlated with that of CRP（ r = 0. 623 ,P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The levels of sICAM-1 and CRP in patients with EH are significantly higher than those of the healthy control. SICAM-1 and CRP may involve in the pathogenesis and process of EH,and correlates closely to the severity of hypertension.
