摘要
基于面向服务的架构和制造网格技术,提出了面向服务的制造网格系统结构,分析了该系统的运作机制,确定了实际的业务流程,并对其中主要的制造资源封装、制造资源配置、业务流程设计的实现进行了研究。该系统充分发挥了制造网格中制造资源的可增长性和面向服务的架构中服务应用的灵活性、复用性的优势,使面向服务的制造网格系统中的制造资源节点提供的服务成为一种自治、开放,以及与制造资源属性无关的网络化构件,适应制造业随需应变的敏捷性和协作生产能力的要求,推动分布式系统在制造业领域中的应用。
Based on Servlce-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and manufacturing grid technology, the architecture of servlce-oriented manufacturing grid system was put forward. Operation mechanism of this system was analyzed and the practical business operation process was defined. Then the implementations of manufacturing resources' encapsulation, manufacturing resources' configuration, and business process design as the three primary parts were studied. This system made full use of not only the advantages of the resources' increase ability of manufacturing grid, but also the advantages of the services' flexibility and reusability of SOA. The system changed service of service-orlented manufacturing grid's resource node into a kind of network component which was autonomous, open and independent to the manufacturing resource's attributes. It satisfied the manufacturers' requirements for flexibility and collaboration changing with the demands. And it also promoted the distributed system's application in manufacturing systems.
