摘要
新时期的教学改革要求高素质的教师,即要求教师改变传统的"教书匠"形象,而代之以"研究型"和"反思型"的新形象,以促进教师综合素质的提高。从理论和实践两个方面深入探索行动研究在教师发展方面的作用,有利于培养新时期所需要的专业型教师。
The current teaching reform requires the development of teachers. Teachers should be changed from the "craftsmen" to "researchers" and "reflective practitioners". From theory and practice perspectives, this paper focuses on the role of action research for teachers development, with the aim of developing professional teachers in such a reforming age.
