摘要
从现代社会人事档案的各种现象出发,分析这些现象产生的原因,并引发对新时期人事档案管理工作的思考——新时期人事档案管理工作要打破常规,"以人为本",用科学的、人文的方法管理人事档案,让人事档案为人事管理提供更好的服务。
This thesis is based on various phenomenons of contemporary personnel file management. It analyzes the reasons and causes the reflection on personnel file management in new era which will break the traditional rules and will form a new rule: people-oriented, which will use scientific and humanistic methods to manage personnel file so that the files can serve the oersonnel management hatter.
