摘要
八个区域的漫长研究现已结束，研究的价值在于证实了它们的复杂性和多样性：这些区域不仅在功能运作方式上互不相同，而且在国家与区域层面上应对规划挑战的政策回应亦别具特色。在这最后一章中．我们将进行总结。
