摘要
随着人们生活水平的不断提高及生活方式的改变，导致心血管疾病的发病率逐年增加。截止到2005年卫生部统计数字表明，我国每15秒钟有一人因心血管疾病死亡，每22秒钟有一人因心血管病致残，因此心血管疾病已成为我国人群的头号杀手。目前，心血管疾病诊治的重点已经由发现和治疗心血管管腔狭窄，转变为对血管壁病变的重视。随着对心血管疾病的研究，逐渐认识到是血管壁病变而不是管腔病变才是各种心脑血管病事件发生发展的基础。
