摘要
目的:优化灵芝超微粉水提液的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交设计,以灵芝干浸膏得率和多糖含量为指标,优选灵芝超微粉水提液的提取方法。结果:最佳提取条件为提取温度为100℃,提取时间为2h,提取次数为4次,加水量为10倍。结论:确定的最佳工艺所得的灵芝多糖和灵芝干浸膏都较高,可为实际生产提供依据。
Objective: To study the optimal water extraction process of Ganoderma super powder. Methods: The orthogonal design L9(3^4) was carried out for the optimal water extraction condition of Ganoderma super powder, the content of polysaecharide and dry extract yield were the referent indexes. Results: The best extraction process was: extractiontemperature100℃ 10 times solve and extracting 2h for four times. Conclusion: The optimal extraction technology is feusible with high content of polysaccharide and dry extract, and provides the basis for the actual production.
