摘要
对重庆市215份鲜猪肉污染小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌分离鉴定和增菌、分离培养基选择结果表明,猪肉中小肠结肠炎耶氏菌污染率为2.79%,6株分离菌均为生物3型。其中,5株属0∶3血清型,1株为0∶6.30血清型。在25℃时,用1.5%去氧胆酸钠增菌效果显著。分离培养基以SS,MT,SS-D和SS-M琼脂培养基较好。
Yersinia enterocolitica was isolated and identified from 215 fresh pork samples collected from 5 districts and counties of Chongqing, and suitable enrichment media and isolation media for it were selected. Its contamination rate in the fresh pork averaged2.79%. Altogether six strains of the bacterium were isolated and biochemical determination showed them all to be of biotype 3. When subjected to slide agglutination experiment, five of them were shown to be of 0∶3 serotype and the other one of 0∶6.30 serotype. Cultured at 25℃, the addition of 1.5% sodium beoxycholate gave satisfactory enrichment result. Of the isolation media studied, SS, MT, SS D and SS M appeared to be desirable.
