摘要
分析了蒸发器右管板零件成形工艺,确定了排样设计方案、冲压工艺流程、条料的送进与导料方式,介绍了模具结构、工作过程和模具主要零件设计。
The forming technique of the right tube plate in an evaporator was analyzed. The layout design, the stamping process and the feedin and leading mode of the billot were determined. Then the die structure, working procedure and design of the major die parts were presented.
