摘要
通过对中国生物医药产业的现状分析,提出生物医药创新战略不仅是产业和企业的重要任务,更是国家发展的战略使命。由于环境和条件所限,产业和企业自身的能力有所不足,国家要在规划管理、经济支持等多方面发挥更大的作用。
By analyzing the reality of Chinese bio - pharmaceutical industry, conclusion obtained is that bio - pharmaceutical innova- tion is an important task for bio - pharmaceutical industry but more important strategic mission for the State. However, since limitations of circumstance, there is a long way for the industry itself to play in the area, as a full qualified figure. The State should perform more in scientific administration and financial assistant.
