American technological advantage and its evolution in China and its policy implication:based on service invention patent statistic analysis

摘要知识产权保护一直是中美经济贸易健康发展的关键议题。本文试图通过专利统计分析,探讨美国在华发明专利申请的技术比较优势,以揭示美国在华的技术竞争优势。为此,本文分以下三部分:首先对美国在华发明的申请和授权态势进行了分析;其次,通过国家知识产权发明专利检索数据库与国际专利分类和技术分类对照表,对美国在华职务发明专利申请,按技术领域进行了汇总,并基于上述统计对美国在华技术比较优势进行了研究;最后,对上述分析结果的公共政策含义进行了初步探讨。 This paper firstly studies the pattern of American invention patent applications in China from 1985 to 2005. Secondly, based on he SIPO invention patent database, American service invention application data is classified according to the OST - INPI - FhG - ISI concordance of IPC and technology areas. Fina, American technological advantage in China is analyzed by using American service invention patent application data. Fourth, its policy implication of the above analytical results is explored.
