介绍了国内大米饮料的种类和制作工艺,以及日本、韩国开发大米饮料的现状与研究进展,并分析了国内市场的状况与发展前景。
The variety and production technology office beverage in China were introduced in this paper, as well as the present situation and progress of rice beverage researches in Korea and Japan. The domestic market situation and prospect were also analyzed.
