摘要
作为党内民主的创新范式,党内协商民主是增进党内和谐的重要方式。以党内协商民主促进党内和谐应努力做到:增强党员民主素养,提高党员民主协商能力;健全党内协商制度,保障党员民主权利;创新党内协商形式,拓宽党内协商渠道;发挥党内协商优势,实现各种民主形式有效结合;客观分析党情,科学判断党的历史方位。
As a canonical form of bringing forth new ideas in inner-Party democracy, inner-Party consultation democracy is an effective way of promoting inner-Party harmony. To persist in doing this, we must improve Party members＇ democratic qualities and their abilities of consultation, improve the inner-Party consultative system, guarantee the democratic fights of Party members, bring forth new ideas in consultative forms, broaden avenues for consultation and make all consultative ways effectively integrated.
