摘要
"见小曰明,守柔曰强"、"上善若水,天之道,损有余而补不足"以及"我无为,而民自化"是老子守柔思想的基本主张。老子的守柔思想体现了事物发展要符合客观规律、注重以人为本、注重提高人的素质等基本特点。老子的守柔思想对于建设社会主义法治国家提供了有益的启示,这就是要制定和实施良法,充分重视软法的作用以及要全面提高公民的法律素质。
According to Laozi＇s idea of maintaining flexibility, the development of every thing must be in conformity with objective laws, people should be put first, and man＇ s qualities must be constantly improved. From this idea of his we can gain a deal of good enlightenment for building a socialist country under the rule of law. To this end we should draw up and implement good laws, pay full attention to the role of soft laws and improve citizens＇ legal qualities in an all-round way.
