高职护生心理健康调查分析

A survey and analysis of psychological health of nursing students of high level occupational schools

[目的]掌握高职护生心理健康状况,为心理健康教育及心理咨询提供科学依据。[方法]运用90项症状自评量表对565名高职护生进行调查。[结果]高职护生心理健康水平低于全国青年常模,心理障碍检出率为12.74%;高职护生心理障碍检出率五年制高于三年制,一年级高于二年级,来自农村的学生高于来自城市的学生,差异均有统计学意义。[结论]应有针对性地开展高职护生心理健康教育。

Objective： To grasp the status quo of psychological health of nursing students in high level occupational schools, and to provide scientific bases for psychological health education and psychological counseling for them. Methods： A total of 565 nursing students of high level occupational schools were evaluated and investigated by adopting .symptom checklist （SCL） with 90 items. Results： Psychological health level of nursing students of high occupational schools was lower than that of nation - wide youth norms. The detection rate of psychological disorder was 12.74 %. And the detection rate of five - year system students was higher than that of three - year system students. And the detection rate of psychological disorder was higher in freshman than that in senior students. It was higher in students from countryside than those from cities. There were statistical significant differences. Conclusion： Psychological health education for nursing students of high level occupational schools should be carried out accordingly.
