重症肺炎患者血清和支气管肺泡灌洗液中IL-6和IL-10检测及其临床意义 被引量:12

Clinical Significance of IL-6 and IL-10 in Serum and Bronchoalveolar Lavage Fluid in Patients with Severe Pneumonia

摘要 目的探讨促炎因子IL-6和抑炎因子IL-10在重症肺炎的临床意义。方法用放免法检测重症肺炎组和无感染患者组(对照组)血清和支气管肺泡灌洗液(bronchoalveolar lavage fluid,BALF)中IL-6和IL-10水平。结果重症肺炎患者血清和BALF中IL-6均高于对照组(t=3.410,t=4.754,P值均<0.05),并且IL-6在BALF中显著高于血清中水平(t=2.051,P<0.05)。单侧重症肺炎患者感染侧BALF中的IL-6和IL-10显著高于非感染侧(t=2.427,t=3.055,P值均<0.05)。血清IL-6和IL-10都各自与BALF中IL-6和IL-10有明显相关性(相关系数为r=0.554和r=0.378)。结论IL-6和IL-10均参与了重症肺炎患者局部和系统中的炎症反应。 Objective To explore the clinical significance of pro-inflammation IL-6 and anti-inflammation IL-10 in the patho- genesis of severe pneumonia. Methods The level of IL-6 and IL-10 in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were detected by radioimmunoassay in patients with severe pneumonia and normal subjects without infection. Results IL-6 levels in patients with severe pneumonia were higher both in serum and in the BALF than that of control group (t = 3. 410, t = 4.754 respectively, P 〈 0.05 ). IL -6 levels in BALF were higher than that in serum (t = 2.051, P 〈 0.05 ). IL-6 and IL-10 levels in BALF in local infection in patients with unilateral severe pneumonia were significant higher than that without infection ( t = 2. 427, t = 3. 055 respectively,P 〈0.05 ). There were obviously relativity between the levels of IL-6 and IL-10 in serum and BALF respec- tively (coefficient correlation,r =0.554 and r = 0. 378 respectively). Conclusions IL-6 and IL-10 participated both the local and systemic inflammatory, reaction in patients with severe pneumonia.
