冠状动脉病变程度与窦性心律震荡的关系研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨冠脉病变的严重程度与窦性心律震荡的关系。方法选择行冠脉造影(CAG)和CCU监护的患者68例,其中A组(CAG阴性组)23例,B组(CAG阳性组)45例,包括单支病变组21例,多支病变组(≥2支)24例,测量反映HRT的两项指标:震荡初始(TO)和震荡斜率(TS),分析其与冠脉病变程度的关系。结果B组(CAG阳性组)中两亚组患者震荡初始(TO)值较A组(CAG阴性组),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),CAG阴性、单支病变组、多支病变组TO值分别为0.101±1.843、0.115±3.121、0.131±2.733,P>0.05;而单支病变组、多支病变组震荡斜率(TS)值显著低于A组(CAG阴性)P<0.05,3组TS值分别为16.780±8.130、10.312±5.525、5.703±4.534,且TS值与冠脉病变程度有显著相关(TS相关r值0.54,P<0.01)。结论冠心病患者有HRT受损,且随冠脉病变程度增加其受损越明显。 Objective To study the relationship between heat rate turbulence (HRT) and the severity of coronary artery lesion in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods 68 patients were classified into two groups according to the result of coronary angiography(CAG). Group A (n =23) was with negative CAG while Group B (n =45) with positive CAG (include 21 cases of single coronary artery and 24 cases of binary or more coronary arteries). The values of Turbulence Onset (TO) and Turbulence Slope(TS) were measured and compared. Results TO in group A had no difference with group B;TS in group A (16.780 ±8. 130) was significant higher than that in group B [ (10. 312 ± 5. 525 )for single coronary artery and (5. 703 ± 4. 534 ) for multi-coronary arteries ] (P 〈 0.01 ). The value of TO and TS were significantly correlated to the severity of coronary artery lesion. Conclusions The abnormal HRT was found in the patients with CHD and exacerbate with the severity of coronary artery lesion.
