急性有机磷中毒输血对病情变化的影响

Effects of Blood Transfusion on Condition of Patient with Acute Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning

目的探讨输血对急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者在症状及胆碱酯酶活性恢复情况。方法将23例患者按入院顺序分为治疗组(输血治疗)11例和对照组(未输血治疗)12例,输血治疗组在2组相同治疗基础上加输注红细胞悬液2～4U。结果2组患者在症状和胆碱酯酶活性恢复时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论输血治疗对抢救重度急性有机磷农药中毒患者临床意义不大,反而会因输血带来更大不良反应和后果。

Objective To investigate the effects of blood transfusion on disease condition and cholinesterase revivification in patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning（AOPP）. Methods 23 cases with AOPP were divided into treatment group （n = 11 ,received additional infusion of erythrocyte suspensions 2 - 4 U ） and control group（ n = 12, received routine treatment only） according to the order of admission. Results There were no statistically significant between the remission of symptoms and the time needed by eholinesterase revivification（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The clinical significance of blood transfusion therapy for severe acute organophosphate pesticide poisoning is not obviously. The blood transfusion therapy may bring greater adverse reactions and consequences sometimes.
