刺槐根瘤菌结瘤因子的初步研究

摘要 以根毛变形试验(Had)为检测手段,对刺槐(Robinuapseudoacacia)与刺槐根瘤菌共生过程中的信号识别作用进行了研究.结果表明,经刺槐种子浸提物诱导后,刺槐根瘤菌野生型菌株8711能够产生结瘤因子(NodFactor).该结瘤因子能诱导刺槐根毛发生变形,且变形情况与菌体正常侵染所引起的变化相同.因此,可以把刺槐根毛变形作为检测结瘤因子存在的依据. Based on the Had assay,the signal exchanges bewteen Robinua pseudoacaciaand rhizobia in their symbiosis process have been studied. The results show that the seedextract of Robinua pseudoacacia can induce the rhizobia to produce a node factor,which canin turn induce Robinua pseudoacacia root hair to deform in a similar way to the deformation induced by the rhizobia. Therefore,whether the node factor exists can be judged according to the deformation of the root hair. The Had assay can also be used in further research such as the determination of node factor structure.
