摘要
目的探讨绝经前子宫切除妇女骨代谢变化与卵巢功能的相关性。方法随机抽取绝经前行单纯子宫切除术患者60例,按手术后时间分为1年组、2年组、≥3年组,另随机抽取子宫附件正常妇女20例做对照组。采用化学发光法及酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡素(FSH)、孕激素(P)及血碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、骨钙素(BGP)、尿脱氧吡啶(DPD),做两组功能指标的相关性分析。结果手术后≥3年组ALP、BGP、DPD水平与E2呈负相关,DPD、BGP与FSH呈正相关,ALP与FSH相关性不显著。术后2年组DPD水平与E2呈负相关,BGP、ALP与E2,BGP、ALP、DPD与FSH相关性不显著。对照组、术后1年组上述指标无相关性。结论随着手术闭经时间的延长ALP、BGP、DPD水平与E2、FSH的相关性显著,表明绝经前子宫切除妇女体内骨代谢变化与卵巢功能有密切关系。
Objective To find the correlation of bone metabolism change and ovary function for operation menopausal women. Methods Sixty premenopausal women undergoing hysterectomy with double annex conserved were recruited to this study. They were divided into three groups randomly by operation time. They are one-year group, two-year group and three-year group. The control group included 20 premenopausal women with uterus and double annex. Urine DPD, serum BGP, Serum ALP; serum E2 , P, FSH were detected with ELISA technique and Chemiluminescnet method. To analyze the correlation of two group indexes. Results In three-year group the correlation coefficients of DPD, BGP, ALP and E2 is negative. The correlation coefficients of DPD, BGP and FSH is positive. But ALP and FSH have no correlation. In two-year group the correlation coefficients of DPD and E2 is negative. But BGP,ALP and E2 ,BGP,ALP, DPD and FSH have no correlation. In Control group and one-year group, the situation is the same. Conclusion As the time goes on, the correlation of ALP, BGP, DPD levels and E2 ,FSH levels are obvious. The connection between bone metabolism change and ovary function is close in operation menopausal women.
