摘要
目的了解上海地区的蛇,蜥蜴,蟾蜍,龟等部分爬行类动物及两栖类动物感染隐孢子虫情况。方法饱和蔗糖溶液漂浮法和改良抗酸染色法检测隐孢子虫卵囊。结果改良抗酸染色法检测31条野生蛇,隐孢子虫感染率为45.2%(14/31);改良抗酸染色法检测44份粪样总感染率为13.6%(6/44),蜥蜴感染率为30%(3/9),乌龟感染率为100%(1/1),巨龟感染率为100%(1/1),蟒蛇感染率为25%(1/4);而饱和蔗糖溶液漂浮法检测,仅发现2份蜥蜴样品感染,感染率为22.2%(2/9)。结论本调查表明,来自野外蛇的隐孢子虫感染率要显著高于动物园驯养的爬行动物,对喜食野生蛇类的陋习提出了严重的警示。
In order to investigate the prevalence of eryptosporidium infections in reptiles and am-phibians of the area, a survey was performed on snakes,lizards,tortoises and toads in Shanghai Zoo and the wild animal reseue eenter of Shanghai,in whieh 31 speeimens of gastrie eontents from wild snakes were examined by modified aeid-fast staining,and the infeetion rate of eryptosporidium was found to be 45.2 % (14/31). The 44 feeal speeimens were performed both with modified aeid-fast staining and Shearer s sugar flotation teehnique. As demonstrated by the modified aeid fast staining,the overalll infeetion rate of the 44 fecal specimens was 13.6 % (6/44) ,in which those of lizard, tortoise, huge tortoise, python were 30 % (3/9), 100 % (1/1), 100 % (1/1)and 25% (1/4)respeetively. The positive rate demonstrated by Shearer s sugar flotation teehnique was only 4. 5%, in whieh 2 lizardswere infeeted by Cryptosporidium with a infeetion rate of 22.2% (2/9). It is evident that the infeetion rate of Cryptosporidium in free-ranging snakes is higher than that of eaptive snakes.
