Necessity and feasibility of on-line dyeing, finishing and adding far-infrared pre-drying device for spun-laced nonwovens production line are described in the paper. Basic design plan is made aiming at different spun-laced nonwovens production line, and production economy benefit and product quality improvement are analyzed primarily.
