新农村建设具有综合性、长期性和复杂性,是涉及政治、经济、文化、社会、党建等方面的系统工程。在建设新农村的实际中,有些地方热衷于做表面文章,忽视了经济建设这个中心。要真正达到建设社会主义新农村的总体目标,应对新农村建设有一个正确的把握。

The construction of the new countryside, a project related to politics, economy, culture, society and Party construction, is characteristic of comprehension, long time and complication. However, in practice, some regions, neglecting the central work of developing economy, are busy with superficial work. It should have a correct understanding of the construction of the new countryside to attain the comprehensive purposes of the project
