This paper puts forward that it is the key step of constructing Research University to set up the unifying service terrace of document information, It is helpful to not only increasing management, strengthening competition and optimizing resource allocation, but also intensifying the core competitiveness of Research University, to set up speedy transmission of document information, data concentration and real-time monitor terrace.
