摘要
目的:对泪囊鼻腔吻合术术后复发再手术进行分析。方法:回顾分析36例(36眼)泪囊鼻腔吻合术后再手术患者的临床资料,探讨该手术后复发的原因及其再手术后的转归。结果:36例(36眼)患者通过再手术随访观察半年至三年无复发病例。结论:通过合理设计手术方式,可以明显提高手术的成功率,减少术后复发率。
Objective： To study the reasons of recurrence of dacrycystorhinostomy treated by re - operation. Methods： Clinical data of to study 36 patients （36 eyes ）. Who had been operated by dacrycystorhinostomy retrospectively. To find out the cases of recurrence of operation Results：There was not recurrence at All in 36 cases after been re - operated. The follow - up ranged from 6 months to 3 years. Conclusion： The reasonable design of operation method can effective enhance the success rate of dacrycystorhinostomy and reduce the recurrence rate of re -operation.
