摘要
主要研究AD698在差动电感式位移传感器中的应用。对差动电感式位移传感器的原理做了简要分析,给出AD698在DGC-6PG/A中应用的电路原理图,并对实际电路中出现的纹波噪声进行详细的分析,提出减小纹波噪声的有效措施,最终达到理想的效果。并给出实验结果,在与微位移相关的机械量的测量以及纹波噪声的处理方面具有借鉴意义。
The paper mainly researches the application of AD698 in the differential inductance displacement sensor. The theory of differential inductance displacement sensor is briefly analyzed,the circuit diagram of AD698 for DGC-6PG/A is given,and the ripple noise appeared in the circuit is discussed in detail. Effective measures to reduce the ripple noise is proposed and the perfect results was gained. The experiment results show it is useful for the measurement of mechanical value relate to micro-displacement and the processing of the ripple noise.
