重症肌无力脾虚湿热病机探析

Investigation on Pathogenesis of Splenic Asthenia and Humid Heat in Myasthemia Gravis(MG)

对于重症肌无力(MG)病机的认识,以往多从"脾胃虚损"立论,以峻补脾胃为法,并取得一定疗效。但近年临床研究发现,仅用峻补脾胃并不能通治MG;细究之,广东地处湿温之域,MG发病,多因脾虚复感湿热之邪,尤以犯肺伤脾为多,脾虚为本,湿热为标;治疗应以异法方宜论指导,重视补脾益气之时,清热化湿亦不可忽视。

The pathogenesis of myasthemia gravis（MG） was usually thought as the spleen and stomach asthenia in past years, and treated in powerful tonification of spleen and stomach and gained certain effects. But in recent years,in our clinical research we found that merely powerfu tonification of spleen and stomach cannot treat MG thoroughly , thinking carefully, guangdong province is in the damp thermosis area, the morbidity of myasthemia gravis is often induced by splenic asthenia and humid heat,especially the impairment of lung and spleen; splenic asthenia is the essence ,while humid heat is the appearance. So under the guidance of the theory of adopting different methods according to different conditions ,attaching more importmantance to nourishing spleen and tonifying qi, heat- cleating, dampness -resolving therapy can not be neglected.
