摘要
目的：建立桔梗中桔梗皂苷D的高效液相测定法。方法：应用反相高效液相色谱法测定桔梗中桔梗皂苷D的含量,流动相为乙腈-0.02mol/L磷酸氢二钾（磷酸调pH为3.0）（29∶71）,流速为0.7mL/m in,检测波长为206nm。结果：回归方程为：Y=462.90X＋12.49,r=0.9999,在0.0150-0.1496mg范围内有良好的线性关系,加样回收率为100.91%。结论：该方法简便,灵敏度高,为桔梗质量标准的研究提供了科学依据。
Objective： To establish a method of HPLC for determination of Platycodin - D in Platycodon. Methods： Platycodin - D in Platycodon were determined on RP - HPLC, acetonitrile - 0.02mol/LK2 HPO4 （29：31 ） as mobile phase, the flow rate was 0.7mL/min ,the detection wavelength was at 206nm. Results ： The equation was ： Y =462.90X ＋ 12.49, r = 0.9999,the calibration curve was linear in the range 0. 0150 - 0. 1496mg, the average recoveries were 100.91%. Conclusion： The method is simple and with high sensitivity, and provide the scientific evidence for the research of the quality standard of Platycodon.
