摘要
目的:观察丹参注射液对小鼠lewis肺癌生长转移及基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、肿瘤血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法:将荷lewis肺癌小鼠,分别腹腔注射5种不同浓度(5,10,20,40,80g/kg)的丹参注射液、环磷酰胺(CTX)、生理盐水,检测小鼠的移植瘤的体积、重量和肺部转移灶数及MMP-9、VEGF的值。结果:①丹参1组(5g/kg)对荷瘤小鼠瘤重和体积均有抑制作用,与生理盐水组比较,差异有显著性意义。②丹参各剂量组的肺转移灶数目均低于生理盐水组,但差异无显著性意义。③丹参2组、丹参3组(10g/kg,20g/kg)MMP-9的表达与生理盐水组比较,差异有显著性意义。④丹参各剂量组VEGF的表达与生理盐水组比较,差异无显著性意义。结论:极低浓度的丹参对荷瘤小鼠的移植瘤有明显抑制作用,不同浓度的丹参对肺部转移无抑制或促进作用,中低浓度的丹参能降低MMP-9的表达,对VEGF的表达无影响。
Objective :To investigate the effects of Danshen which has different consistency on the growth and metastasis of Lewis lung carcinoma and the expression of metrix metalloproteinase - 9 ( MMP - 9), vascular endothelial grow factor (VEGF) . Methods :C57BL mice with Lewis lung carcinoma are used in this study ,which are irrigated with injected respectively with Danshen injection (5,10,20,40,80g/kg), CTX and saline. Then observe the volume, weight and number of the metastatic foci on lungs , determine the expression of MMP - 9 and VEGF of Lewis lung carcinoma. Results : (1)Danshen injection (5g/kg) can remarkably reduce the weight of the Lewis lung carcinoma ( P 〈 0.05 ). But if of other dosage cant show remarkably the same effect. (2)Every dosage of Danshen injection which has different consistency dose not show remarkably the effect on metastatic foci of the Lewis lung Carcinoma. (3)Danshen injection ( 10 g/kg, 20g/kg) can remarkably reduce the expression of MMP- 9 ( P 〈 0.05 ). But if Danshen injection of other dosage dosent show remarkably the effect on the expression of MMP - 9. (4)Either Danshen dosent show remarkably the effect on the expression of VEGF. Conclusion :Danshen injection (5g/kg) can remarkably reduce the volume, weight and number of metastatic foci of them ( P 〈 0.05 ). Every dosage of Danshen injection which has different consistency dosent show remarkably the effect on the metastatic foci. Danshen injection (10 g/kg. 20g/kg) can remarkably reduce the expression of MMP -9( P 〈 0.05), it can' t make effect on the expression of VEGF.
