补肾健脾养血活血方对老年小鼠睾丸超微结构的影响

The Effect of the Prescription for Reinforcing Kidney and Spleen Nourishing Blood and Accelerating the Circulation of Blood on Ultrastructure of Testis in Aged Mice

目的:研究补肾健脾养血活血方对老年Balb/c小鼠睾丸超微结构的影响。方法:Balb/c小鼠随机分为老年组和老年给药组,分别给予生理盐水和补肾健脾养血活血方4个月,采用透射电镜观察睾丸超微结构。结果:老年组睾丸生精细胞明显减少,分裂异常,呈坏死脱落。支持细胞内线粒体肿胀,间质细胞内次级溶酶体明显增多。与老年组相比,老年给药组睾丸超微结构损伤有明显改善。结论:补肾健脾养血活血方可改善老年小鼠睾丸超微结构损伤。

Objective： To explore the effect of the prescription for reinforcing kidney and spleen , nourishing blood and accelerating the circulation of blood on the ultrastructure of testis in aged Balb/c mice. Methods： The Balb/c mice were randomly divided into normal aged controlled group （ 12 - 14 months ） giving physiological saline and aged group （ 12 - 14 months）giving the prescription for reinforcing kidney and spleen , nourishing blood and accelerating the circulation of blood. After 4 months ,the uhrastructure of testis in two groups was observed through the transmission electron microscopy. Results ： In aged group spermatogenic cells reduced . There was abnormal mitosis , necrosis and exfoliation in a few of spermatogenic cells. The mitoehondria of sertoli cells were swelling. The secondary lysosomes in leydig cells increased. Compared with the aged group , the ultrastructure damage of testis in aged group giving the prescription was remarkably improved. Conclusion： The prescription for reinforcing kidney and spleen , nourishing blood and accelerating the circulation of blood could improve the uhrastructure damage of testis in aged mice.
