白虎山黄汤对大鼠急性肝损伤保护作用的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究白虎山黄汤对CCl4致大鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:将60只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组,模型对照组,白虎山黄汤高、中、低剂量治疗组,水飞蓟素治疗组。除正常对照组外,其余5组大鼠复制CCl4急性肝损伤模型。于造模当日,模型组用蒸馏水,治疗组用白虎山黄汤(分3个不同剂量),阳性对照组用水飞蓟素混悬液分别灌胃,1.8mL/次,每天1次,连续1周。检测血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)及肝组织丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的水平。结果:与模型组比较,白虎山黄汤高、中、低剂量治疗组ALT、AST及MDA含量均明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),但SOD活性明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);高剂量组与阳性对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:白虎山黄汤对CCl4造成的大鼠急性肝损伤具有保护作用。 Objective: To research the protective effect of BHSH soup in liver acute injury because of CCl4. Methods: sixty SD rats were randomly divided into the normal contrast group,the model group, the BHSH group( including high and normal and low dosage) and the Silymarin group respectively, Except nomal team, other five teams are duplicated models of liver acute injury because of CCl4. They were administrated with distilled water, BHSH soup ( including three dosages), Silymarin liquid, 1.8ml onetime ,once a day , for one week. Four serous biochemistry indexes were detected, includingALT, AST, MDA and SOD. Results: Compared wih the model group, the contents of ALT, AST and MDA remarkably decreased ( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0.01 ), but the activity of SOD remarkably improved( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0.01 ) after administration with high and normal and low dose of BHSH group . There is prominently difference between high dose treating group and positive contrast group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: BHSH soup has protective effect on liver acute injury caused by CCl4.
